David O’Connell is Of Counsel at Ann O’Connell Law, Ltd. Originally from Chicago, David attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate education and earned his law degree at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. During his time at law school, David made the Dean’s list and received the CALI award for the highest grade in Constitutional Law.

David is known for his exceptional listening skills, which allow him to create an aggressive plan to meet each client's goals. He also prides himself on transparency, working closely with clients to make decisions that best meet their needs.

David is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is an Illinois Trial Lawyers Association member. He holds a Federal license in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
